Cancellation & Return Policy – Bohera USA

At Bohera USA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our simple and straightforward return and exchange process. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Reason Eligible? Return Shipping
Change of mind / Didn't like the product Yes, within 14 days Shipping charges apply for returns or exchanges.
Wrong item or size sent by us Yes Complimentary return shipping with a free replacement.
Damaged or defective product Yes Complimentary return shipping with a replacement or refund.
Customer did not purchase Loop Return Assurance Yes Return shipping cost deducted from refund.
Customer purchased Loop Return Assurance (USA only) Yes Free return shipping.
International Orders except USA Not eligible No return, exchange or refund.

2. Return Window

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • If you purchased Loop Return Assurance, log in to your Bohera USA account and initiate the return.
  • If you did not purchase Loop Return Assurance:
  • 1. Email us at cs@boherausa.com
  • 2. Include your Order Number and Reason for Return.
  • 3. Our team will provide a return label (if applicable) or return instructions.
  • 4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Important Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after inspection.
  • If Loop Return Assurance was not purchased, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders placed outside the USA.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once dispatched, orders can only be processed as returns under this policy.
